Novena for Our Lady of Bandel

Feast of Our Lady of Bandel on the first Saturday of May

“I belong entirely to you,
and all that I have is yours.
I take you for my all.
O Mary, please give me your heart.”

Day 1

“And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions.”

Joel 2, 28

Day 2

“He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats me will live because of me.”

John 6, 54-57

Day 3

“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.”

John 6, 11

Day 4

“O give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his steadfast love endures for ever! It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in princes.”

Psalm 118, 1.8-9

Day 5

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.

 John 10, 10

Day 6

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me; and I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand

 John 10, 27-28

Day 7

Let the peoples praise You, O God; let all the peoples praise You!

 Ps 67, 5

Day 8

If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.

John 13, 17

Day9

“Let not your hearts be troubled; believe in God, believe also in me.”

John 14, 1
